Dar Seddik Guesthouse in Gafsa (Hotel Review)

Gafsa is the capital of the southwest of Tunisia and is known for its historical oasis and phosphate mining industry. Gafsa, originally called Capsa in Latin, was once inhabited by a Mesolithic civilization. Many tourists visit Gafsa to dive into its ancient history or simply to pass through to reach the Saharan towns of Douz or Tozeur in Southern Tunisia. Whatever may be your reason to visit Gafsa, you will be surprised to know that there are not many hotel accommodations in Gafsa. The best hotel in Gafsa is likely Hotel Jugurtha Palace, but if you are looking to stay somewhere that is more unique and different from the standard hotel, then we recommend staying at the Dar Seddik Guesthouse in Gafsa.
